This service is offered by closely-supervised student therapists. They offer virtual therapy to clients across Ontario. The session fee is more affordable and they offer sliding scale options for those with financial need.

Group Therapy

Led by a qualified psychotherapy intern, these groups provide evidence-based tools and guided discussions in a safe, welcoming environment.
