Madiha Haque

MACP Intern - Virtual

Accepting New Clients

My name is Madiha Haque, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported. Madiha has additional training in trauma processing, polyvagal theory and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, I connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and offer tailored therapy to meet their unique needs. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

I am especially passionate about working with those facing stigma in seeking help. I strive to empower these individuals by offering a safe environment where they can heal, free from judgment or bias. Through innovative tools like apps and visual aids, I ensure our sessions are responsive and adaptable.

In our sessions, my focus is on empathy and active listening, helping clients explore their past, address difficult emotions, and find the strength to move forward. By integrating solution-focused techniques, I help clients set clear goals, achieve tangible outcomes, and build resilience to overcome life’s obstacles. This combination of emotional support and practical guidance resonates with clients seeking both understanding and actionable steps.

I believe that my holistic, multicultural, and client-centered approach creates a safe, empowering space for those seeking to heal and thrive.

Fee: $100 per 50-minute session and Sliding Scale
